I am an internationally acclaimed parenting expert, speaker and coach, and a leading light in the field of working parenthood. My books have been translated into twelve languages.

I am an engaging public speaker on big stages and small, blending neuroscience, psychology, a sprinkling of humour and lots of empathy to help parents understand their children better. I work with top international firms delivering high calibre support to help ambitious, high-performing parents balance careers and family.

I have been named in The Times as one of the top 5 UK-based parenting coaches and am currently featuring as an on-screen parenting expert in At Home With Katherine Ryan Series 2.
